Ordering, Delivery and Shipping
All shipping and delivery arrangements will be made by your local EVO dealer. If you are aware of a dealer in your area, and want to work with a specific dealer, you may indicate that at the time of check-out. Your dealer will contact you prior to delivery to make suitable arrangements.

Shipping charges for contiguous US destinations are clearly indicated on your order.

Sales Tax will be added to shipments made to NJ.

Customer Service
Your dealer will handle all issues regarding your new EVO purchase. Should you need any assistance after purchasing your EVO product, please contact the dealer who delivered/installed your EVO product.

Guarantee / Return Policy
Smooth Fitness guarantees full satisfaction on all products on this site. If you are not fully satisfied you may return your unit (in the original package, freight prepaid) to your dealer for a full refund or credit (less actual shipping, delivery and/or assembly charges). No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from your dealer (or in the dealer's absence, Smooth Fitness).

To be eligible for a complete refund or credit, you must obtain an approved RMA within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be made using the original packaging in good condition, with freight prepaid. The returned merchandise must be shipped back to your dealer within 10 days of receiving the RMA. The Customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the (unit in good condition) to the dealer.

Customers should retain the original packing material for at least 10 days, in the event the unit is to be returned.

Return pick-ups are only made as can be arranged with your dealer.

Refused shipments/deliveries are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and customer will be responsible for shipping/delivery charges both ways.

Dealer Default
Should your dealer no longer be able service you or your EVO product, your service request will be handled directly through Smooth Fitness in accordance with our Online Service policy.
