Just browse around our site to find exactly what you are looking for. When you find what you are looking for, just add it to your Shopping Cart - and yes, that's one big shopping cart! When you are ready to buy, just "Checkout". Your Shipping and Billing information is processed through our Secure Server.

7% Sales Tax will be added when shipping to New Jersey.

Shipping
We generally ship all approved orders within 3 business days, and shipping takes between 5-10 business days (in the contiguous US) depending on the final destination. If your order will not be delivered within this time, you will be notified shortly after we process your order. Deliveries can only be made Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM local time. If delivery time is important, please contact us for current shipment status.

Shipping charges for contiguous US destinations are clearly indicated on your order. Inside delivery and/or setup can be requested for an additional charge; please call for rates in your area.

Once we've shipped your order, you can track your shipment on-line using your Invoice Number. Track your shipment here. We'll tell you when your order was shipped and by what carrier. You will be contacted by the carrier for a convenient delivery time.

Guarantee / Return Policy
Smooth Fitness guarantees full satisfaction on all products on this site. If you are not fully satisfied you may return your unit (in the original package, freight prepaid) to us for a full refund or credit (less actual shipping, delivery and/or assembly charges). No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Smooth Fitness.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), contact Smooth Fitness' Customer Service group at 888-987-3237. We will credit you purchase immediately upon receipt of the returned item with an RMA.

To be eligible for a complete refund or credit, you must obtain an approved RMA within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be made using the original packaging in good condition, with freight prepaid. The returned merchandise must be shipped back to Smooth Fitness within 10 days of receiving the RMA. You must prepay shipping charges and insure the shipment, or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Customers should retain the original packing material for at least 10 days, in the event the unit is to be returned.

Return pick-ups are only made Monday through Friday during normal business hours. No weekend or evening pickups are possible.

Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and customer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.
